…You’re in the right place.
The women I work with aren't lacking credentials. They have the PhD, the prestigious role, the publications. What they're often lacking is: sleep, confidence that they're making the right calls, a sense that they can sustain this, or clarity on what they actually want. You don't need to prove you're smart enough. You need strategic support for the specific challenges of being a brilliant woman in a high-impact field.
For decades, women in policy and technical spaces have been told their empathy is weakness, their collaboration is indecisiveness, their integrity is naivety.
I help women to recognise these qualities as strategic strengths.
I've identified patterns in what separates women who build real influence from those who burn out trying. The issue is not a lack of ‘confidence’. It's that these systems have unwritten rules — and they weren't designed with you in mind.
My methodology makes these rules explicit and supports you to develop 5 core capacities that drive success:
Self-Trust - Stop second-guessing
Clarity - Know what matters
Goal Directedness - Turn your vision into reality
Resilience - Thrive under pressure
Power - Build authority, have influence
We'll uncover the gap between where you are and where you want to be, then systematically build the capabilities you need through behavioural experiments, structured practice, and real-world application.
The Program
Working with me is like having your own personal consultant & strategist on retainer.
Structure: 6 sessions over 3-6 months (60 minutes each, every 2-4 weeks) plus:
Audits - Pre/post assessments to identify gaps and track your progress
Tools & resources - Behavioural science adapted to your context
Practice & experimentation - Apply new approaches
Accountability & action tracking - Learn what moves the needle
Ongoing support - Voice notes between sessions
Investment
I offer flexible pricing to make this work accessible:
Professional development budget: I can work with your organization's L&D funding
Self-funding: Monthly payment plans available
Financial constraints: Limited sliding-scale spaces available
I work with 9 women per quarter.
This allows me to give each client deep attention, strategic partnership, and ongoing support throughout our time together. I've intentionally designed my practice around depth over volume.
I work primarily by referral. If you were referred by a current or former client, please mention them when you book your consultation. If you found me another way and this work resonates, you're welcome to reach out.
Intake now open for October-December 2025.
